When paying via MobilePay, the payment process takes place via the MobilePay app. The details you enter are sent to MobilePay, and the payment is processed entirely there.
Please do not pay Bergzeit directly, as we are unable to process the payment ourselves. MobilePay is an external company, and we have no insight into the payments you make there or their processing status.
To use MobilePay, you need the MobilePay app on your smartphone. Your phone number must be linked to your MobilePay account, and at least one valid card such as Visa, Mastercard or Dankort must be registered.
When making a payment, after selecting the payment method you will be redirected to a MobilePay page, where you enter your phone number and then confirm the payment via a push notification in the app. As soon as you have authorised the payment, you will be automatically redirected back to the shop and will receive your order confirmation as usual.
Please ensure that your details are correct, as MobilePay can only authorise the payment if your account is set up correctly and your phone number is correct. Incorrect details may result in the payment being declined.
