You can return unused goods to Bergzeit within 100 days. Please proceed as follows (your statutory rights are not affected by this):
1. Register your returns using our returns portal.
2. Send the items with sufficient postage* to the following address:

*For unstamped returns, we are obliged to charge you the increased shipping fees of the courier (€18).
3. After receipt of the return shipment, the original purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. You will be kept informed about the status of your return via e-mail.
